When a violence assault happens at a home, media most often refers to it as a “domestic disturbance”. So why isn’t a violent assault happens at a business, why is it not called a “commerical disturbance”?

Regarding media reporting about domestic violence investigations, generally they’re referred to as “domestic disturbances.” To be consistent, why wouldn’t bank robbery investigations be called “commercial disturbances”?
